Our 80-hour Mat Pilates Teacher Certification combines in-person education, observation, self-practice and hands-on teaching experience to give you the knowledge, experience and confidence to begin teaching Mat Pilates.

Your certification begins with 40 hours of in-person training at The Sculpture Studio over three weekends:

Weekend Two

Saturdays + Sundays only.

Led by Rachel Hopper, Co-Founder and Head of Product at The Sculpture Studio, our Mat Pilates Teacher Certification brings together her years of experience teaching Pilates, developing instructors and creating thoughtful, challenging class experiences.

Rachel’s approach goes beyond learning the repertoire. Throughout the training, she’ll help you develop the skills that make a great instructor - from confident cueing and intentional sequencing to class presence, creativity and finding your own teaching style.

Her goal is to give you the foundation, experience and confidence to step into the room and make the class your own.
