Founding rates and associated benefits are available only while the membership remains active and in good standing. If a Founding Membership is cancelled, terminated, transferred, or otherwise discontinued, access to the Founding rate and associated benefits may be forfeited.

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee membership, class access, pricing, availability, or enrollment.

The Sculpture Studio reserves the right to determine eligibility, availability, enrollment procedures, and timelines at its sole discretion.

7. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Participation in fitness classes, training programs, workshops, events, and related activities involves inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage, and other risks.
